Questions and answers centre
Offer and pricing
How much does a 3D virtual tour cost?
The price depends on the usable floor area. For example, a studio of about 30 m² costs PLN 676.50 incl. VAT (PLN 550 net), a 60 m² apartment PLN 1,094.70 incl. VAT (PLN 890 net) and 100 m² PLN 1,537.50 incl. VAT (PLN 1,250 net). More examples are in the pricing section of the Offer page. We give the exact price in the quote, and that price does not change. Hosting and the client panel are included, and the full scan files are available on request.
What exactly is included in the price?
Scanning and processing, a ready link to the tour in your browser, hosting with no subscription (12 months included, then a free extension), a client panel with statistics, route videos in landscape and portrait, and, on request, the full scan files for your own use.
How long does it take from scan to a ready link?
Scanning an apartment takes about 30 minutes. Processing usually takes up to 24 hours, and in most cases the scan is ready to view within the first day. This is not a guarantee, and the maximum time is 5 days.
Do I have to pay a subscription for hosting?
No. Hosting is included in the price. The first 12 months of access are included, and after that we extend it free of charge.
Do I get the scan files?
Yes. Just ask and we will hand over the scan files free of charge, in the format you need, for you to use as you see fit. We do not keep anything under lock.
How long is the tour available online?
The first 12 months are included. After that we extend access free of charge; just reply to our message. We only switch off tours that nobody uses any more, and we always try to contact you first.
Technology
How does Gaussian Splatting differ from a 360 tour?
A 360 tour is a set of panoramic photos that the user jumps between, point to point. Gaussian Splatting reconstructs the space as a cloud of millions of semi-transparent points of light, so you move through the interior smoothly, with no teleporting.
Why does Mizzart outperform Matterport and old 360° tours?
The old standard is just a set of photos the client "teleports" between. It breaks attention and strains the eye. Mizzart is next-generation 3D reconstruction. Thanks to Gaussian Splatting, we offer smooth movement and realism that builds emotion, not just shows wall layouts.
Is Gaussian Splatting just a novelty, or a necessity?
It's the new luxury standard. In 2026, static photos aren't enough to beat the competition. Gaussian Splatting eliminates the "plastic" look of interiors and gives clients a real sense of presence. With Mizzart, you sell an experience, not just a listing.
What equipment do you scan with?
We use the XGRIDS PortalCam, with a LiDAR dome and cameras, which collects the data needed to reconstruct the space in 3D.
Are glass and reflections visible in the scan?
Gaussian Splatting reproduces light reflections, the transparency of glass and the textures of materials well, which are details a traditional 3D scan usually fails to capture. Mirrors can be a challenge for any scanning technique, so it is worth discussing them before the session.
Publishing and use cases
Where can I publish such a tour?
Anywhere your client is. Our models are fully compatible with agency and developer websites (simple embed), listing portals (iframe standard), and social media. A perfect link for Instagram BIO or a Facebook post.
Do clients need to install any applications?
Absolutely not. Mizzart is fully Web-Native. The tour opens instantly in a standard browser on a smartphone or laptop. No friction, no installations. One click and the client is inside at 60 FPS.
Is a 3D scan suitable for documenting construction progress?
Yes. We scan construction sites and other spaces in a raw state, and the scan opens in a browser, so successive stages of work can be compared. A scan does not replace a land survey, however.
Do you scan offices, hotels and retail units?
Yes. The same technology works in offices, retail units, hotels and cultural sites. If you can walk through it, we can scan it.
How long does scanning take?
We scan an apartment in about 30 minutes. Scanning time for larger sites depends on floor area and number of rooms, so we quote it after a short call.
